The production staff of Manabi Straight! removed the traditional "director" position and instead a team of studio producers and episode directors called "Team Manabiheya" shared the burden together.
The team includes the story director Ryuunosuke Kingetsu, the character designer and visual director Atsushi Ogasawara, the layout director Takurowo Takahashi, as well as the technical director Takayuki Hirao.
