Kodokan is the headquarters of all judo circles. the name Kodokan refers to the dojo where judo philosophy is learned and spread. Kodokan was founded by Jigoro Kano in 1882 and is located in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, Japan. It is now an eight-story building.
