Ep. 22: Narancia’s tongue is bitten off by a metallic fish Stand while the crew travels to Sardinia

While Bucciarati's remaining crew stop for lunch, Narancia accidentally splashes red wine on a man's white suit. When he demands compensation, the paranoid crew think he is an enemy and savagely beat him up. Meanwhile, Trish reveals that her father's origins are in Sardinia and they decide to travel there after leaving Venice. While eating, Narancia finds a metallic fish in his soup which suddenly attacks him, biting off his tongue, so he is unable to warn the others. It is the Stand Clash controlled by Squalo of the boss' elite guard squad. After Giorno replaces Narancia's tongue, Narancia starts giving them false information, forced to do so by the Stand Talking Head which is controlled by Squalo's partner, Tiziano. While the others try to figure out what is happening with Narancia, he directs them into a washroom where he tries to remove all traces of liquid, even his blood, to stop the fish from reappearing. Just as the others leave the room, a leaking pipe enables Clash to emerge from a puddle on the floor and attack Giorno, biting him on the neck. (Source: Wikipedia)
