The appearance of the Einst has plunged the Earth into Chaos, and the Federation, Neo-DC, and the Inspectors reach a stalemate. Meanwhile, Einst attack the Canadian city of Winnipeg. The Hiryuu Custom rushes to the area, but is stopped by Alfemi and a changed WEiss Ritter. Bullet and Kusuha launch in the Grungust Type-3, and when they arrive they feel an evil energy in Winnipeg.
