Fuu and the others travel to her hometown of Shioiri, where they meet up with Chihiro and are introduced to Tomo, who is excited to finally meet Fuu. Whilst taking a tour around Shioiri, Fuu is filled with memories of her father. Later that night, the girls attend a summer festival where Fuu recalls entering a sparkler contest when she was younger, prompting the group to enter themselves.
