Asked to help out with her school's student council, Yuu Koito comes across student council member Touko Nanami turning down a confession, stating she doesn't intend to go out with anyone. Recalling a confession from a boy she had yet to reply to, Yuu confides in Touko about feelings she didn't understand. After helping her turn down the boy properly, Touko tells Yuu that she has fallen in love with her. Later, Touko asks Yuu to be her campaign manager for the student council president election.
