Después de derrotar al Imperio Zonder y a los 31 Primevals, la Gutsy Galaxy Guard se enfrenta a un nuevo adversario en la Tierra. Se unen a la unidad francesa Chasseur y a su nuevo mecha, GaoFighGar, para combatir a la organización BioNet. Renais Cardiff Shishioh, una ex cyborg de BioNet, se suma al esfuerzo con la intención de recuperar su humanidad perdida luchando contra ellos. Mientras tanto, Mamoru Amami es secuestrado y clonado por un enemigo poderoso conocido como los Once Reyes de Sol, quienes también roban las Q-Parts y las máquinas Gao originales de la GGG.
