The final entry in the Neptune OVA series features Magiquone and Level Trick launching an unexpected assault on the goddesses using a "Level-Down" attack, which transforms them into children and causes memory loss. Nepgear and the others search for their missing sisters and find most of them, but Neptune remains missing. Meanwhile, Magiquone and Neptune are seen managing an eggplant farm, both having also been transformed into younger versions of themselves and suffering from lost memories.
