Cong Hong Yue Kaishi

A blood-red moon appears in the sky, an event known in history as the red moon. Survivors take refuge in a city surrounded by high walls. Some among them experience mental mutations, and those unable to control them emit a mental plague and radiation that infects others. To address this threat, the city forms a special pollution cleanup department, seeking individuals capable of controlling spiritual energy. The main character, Lu Xin, applies to the most dangerous division within this department.
