Doraemon: Nobita no Kyouryuu (2006)

Nobita discovers a fossilized dinosaur egg and, using Doraemon’s gadgets, successfully hatches it, beginning to care for the creature. Aware they cannot keep the dinosaur indefinitely, Nobita must eventually return it to prehistoric times. There, a group of future hunters poses a threat to the dinosaurs. To protect them from these hunters, Doraemon and Nobita travel back to the past and embark on an adventure in the prehistoric era.
