Hybrid Child

A unique android known as the Hybrid Child can grow when given love and attention from its owner. These beings, neither entirely human nor machine, form deep emotional connections with those who care for them. A collection of short stories explores different relationships between Hybrid Children and their owners. In one, a boy named Kotaro faces the reality of responsibility as his Hybrid Child reaches the end of its life. Another follows a swordsman named Seya, who rediscovers love through his bond with a Hybrid Child named Yuzu. The final story introduces Kuroda, the inventor of the Hybrid Child, and the influence of his lost love on the creation of these beings.
