Ruby finds out where Akari was sent using the Jewelpot and goes off with Labra to bring her back in between the Jeweland and the Rarerare world. Meanwhile Leon tries to stop Alma but is overpowered by her ice spell which she casts over the entire Jeweland. After Ruby and Labra wake Akari up Opal shows her his memories of back when Alma, Yuuma, And their mother were all together in a field of flowers. She than transforms and heads back to Jeweland in order to stop Alma who has just discovered that battest wasn't sealed there it was really a magic key. She tries to use it on the magic mirror in hopes of finding the real hiding place of battest but the dragon of the spring appears instead and tries to stop her and just as Alma strikes Opal arrives and tries to stop her but is accidentally reduced to a Jewelcharm in which Akari picks up. The rest of the gang arrives and try to persuade Alma but she leaves and Akari follows her and just as Alma was about to send her away to a place where she'll never be found she stops and flees. Akari uses the smile spell she learned from the memories of Opal to melt all the ice earning her 2 more Jewelstones making her a 5th grader. When she arrives back to her world and finds Yuuma he tells her that back when his mother was still alive he felt like someone was with him which makes her cry and he chants the smile spell which is the only thing he remembers about his mother which just makes her cry more.
