Rin Namiki wants to compete in Kandagawa Jet Racing, a sport where teams of girls on jet skis race while using powerful water guns to hinder opponents. Since her rural fishing village lacks such opportunities, she moves to Tokyo to attend a girls' school. Misa Aoi, who once dreamed of becoming a top player, finds renewed hope when Rin joins her school, showing impressive skill as a newcomer. The two decide to revive their school’s Jet Riding Club, facing intense training and strong competition. As they work toward their goals, they find support in each other, growing closer beyond just friendship.
