Four films adapted from the Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny series include The Broken World, Respective Swords, The Hell Fire of Destiny, and The Cost of Freedom. These movies incorporate new or altered scenes from the original TV series. Unlike the series, which focused on the perspectives of Shinn Asuka and Kira Yamato, the Special Edition presents events from Athrun Zala's viewpoint, offering a more impartial narrative.
