Kidou Shinsengumi Moeyo Ken TV

A boy named Sakamoto Ryunosuke returns to Kyoto from Shanghai accompanied by a youkai named Nekomaru. In this alternate Meiji Era, youkai must obtain a license to live among humans. The Kidou Shinsengumi Co. Ltd. enforces this law by capturing unlicensed youkai, but they face opposition from the Tsubamegumi, which opposes the regulation. Ryunosuke is revealed to be the son of the Shinsengumi company's owner.
