Kyoufu no Bio Ningen Saishuu Kyoushi

A struggling school sends Ganpachi, known as the "Ultimate Teacher," to restore order and ready the students for life beyond school. The delinquent students, led by Hinako, resist his efforts, with Hinako using her lucky kitty underwear as a secret weapon to oppose him. It is later revealed that Ganpachi is the product of genetic experiments.
