In Paris, the night before the French Revolution, citizens endure harsh treatment under King Louis XVI. Simone, a girl who lost her parents to the aristocracy, takes action to oppose the oppressive elite. Wearing a red mask and leaving a red carnation as a symbol of her defiance, she becomes known as La Seine no Hoshi.
