Mahou Tsukai Chappy

Chappy grows tired of the traditional ways of her people and leaves the Land of Magic to live in the human world. Her family later notices the value she has from her magical background and chooses to accompany her in this new life. She is recognized as the first witch to use a wand and has a unique incantation: "Abura Mahariku Maharita Kabura." This series is noted as the fifth magical girl anime ever made.
