Marika-chan no Koukando wa Bukkowareteiru

A boy, feeling unable to confess his feelings to his childhood friend Marika due to his lack of popularity, makes a wish on a shooting star. The next day, he discovers he can see love meters above people's heads, similar to a love simulation game.
