Kawai Haruto is part of a cinema club, pursuing his goal of making a film. His enthusiasm has waned since the sudden death of Hina Yusuke, his close friend and competitor. He meets Sendo Mahiro, who invites him to collaborate on a movie. She claims to have been present at Yusuke's death and suggests he died because of her. Meanwhile, Yusuke's younger sister, Hina Asuka, holds Haruto responsible for her brother's death.
