Chitose is a small Emperor penguin who lives in Kyoto. The manga presents everyday scenes of the city through the penguin’s eyes, featuring locations like Togetsu-kyo bridge, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Fushimi Inari-taisha shrine, and Kiyomizu-dera temple. Local food culture is also showcased from this unique viewpoint.
