A TV special explores the two years Luffy spent training with Silvers Rayleigh on Rusukaina Island following the Battle of Marineford, a period not covered in the manga or anime. During this time, Luffy encounters Burndy World, a new antagonist referred to as "The Destroyer of the World," who possesses the MoaMoa Fruit, though its powers remain undisclosed. Burndy World escapes from Impel Down’s level six, and Luffy must defend Boa Hancock from the threat. The special was designed by Eiichiro Oda, the original manga creator.
