Maejiri is a regular office worker with a peculiar feature—his butt is in the front—and secretly fights crime as Oshirimae Man. When a mysterious drug begins circulating, causing others to experience the same reversal, he investigates. After breaking into a pharmaceutical company, he learns of a plot called the "Oshirimae Man Empire Revival Plan," orchestrated by a vengeful antagonist.
