Meanwhile, Lord Jian desires the Sacred Stone to regain his lost strength, leading to clashes between opposing sides. The core of the conflict centers on the "Heavenly Question Stone," a meteorite with the power to fulfill any wish, which triggers battles throughout the martial world. The story was first released as a 96-minute theatrical film with some graphic scenes omitted, later expanded to a 120-minute director's cut for DVD.
