Sore Ike! Anpanman: Kagayake! Kurun to Inochi no Hoshi

In a lively world populated by Anpanman and others, preparations are underway for the yearly Star Festival. A strange egg appears in a waste container belonging to Baikinman and hatches to reveal a boy named Kurun, whose origins are unknown. Kurun joins in the festivities and enjoys time with the others. However, dark stars start falling from the sky. Anpanman suspects an issue at the Star of Life and investigates the situation.
