Taiyou yori mo Mabushii Hoshi

Sae Iwata, a somewhat tough girl, develops feelings for Kouki Kamishiro, a soft-spoken boy, during elementary school. By the time they reach junior high, Kouki has become a well-liked and charismatic student, making him seem distant.
