The sixth installment in the Time Bokan series takes place in Osteandel City during the 1990s, home to Time Lease, a company known for leasing a wide range of items, including advanced robots. The company has held the top spot in the international billionaire rankings for ten years. Rivaling them is Skull Lease, a competing firm where a group of villains serve as executives. Their stated goal is to undermine Time Lease's reputation and take its place as the leading business. However, their true plan involves establishing a foundation for global domination. When a Time Lease transport robot is attacked by the villain trio, Ippatsuman is called into action to defend justice.
