Tokyo Revengers: Seiya Kessen-hen

Takemichi Hanagaki repeatedly attempts to use time travel to stop Hinata Tachibana from dying in the present but continues to fail. His interventions have led to the rise of the Tokyo Manji gang, which was originally founded by Manjirou "Mikey" Sano but is now controlled by Tetta Kisaki, shifting its purpose to something darker. Determined to change events, Takemichi goes back in time to investigate the Black Dragon gang, whose actions are tied to Hinata's fate. In the past, he encounters Hakkai Shiba, whose older brother Taiju leads the Black Dragon with an iron grip. Alongside Chifuyu, Takemichi seeks to alter the destinies of the Black Dragon members in hopes of securing a better future for those he cares about.
