On a sweltering summer day in Tomobiki town, Lum, Ataru, and their friends plan to enjoy the school pool. Instead, the teachers organize an absurd obstacle course that separates the students from the water. The event descends into total disorder as the students attempt to navigate it in their swimsuits.
