A conflict begins between two opposing heroes, ZET and ALPHAS, before exploring their backgrounds. Jin Kanzaki can transform into the powerful ZET, while Kouga Amagi, driven by a sense of justice, uses technology to become ALPHAS. Their lives and those connected to them become entangled as they battle to safeguard humanity from the Players, monstrous beings created by the Amagi Corporation, founded by Kouga's grandfather, Mitsugai Amagi.
