Ageku no Hate no Kanon

An alien invasion has forced much of humanity underground, but in a town constantly drenched in rain, a young girl named Kanon continues to live and work above ground. She reconnects with Sousuke Sakai, a former unrequited love who has become a celebrity for fighting aliens. As she observes him, she begins to see aspects of him she had not noticed before. She wonders whether he is still the same person she once admired or if he has changed significantly.
