Badou runs into trouble after discovering some "Lost Children," genetic experiments from the past, but the mafia is also after them. Heine steps in to help, though he's dealing with his own issues since Giovanni has returned. At the same time, Naoto enters the Underground to track down a killer who uses a black sword identical to hers. Their stories start to intertwine within the city's dangerous underbelly.
