Tankathlon is a developing tank sport within the Senshado community, characterized by its informal nature and accessibility. Unlike traditional competitions, it does not require official supervision, enabling any school possessing tanks to engage in battles at their convenience and location. A key feature of the sport is the 10-ton weight limit imposed on participating vehicles, which restricts the use of heavier tanks and emphasizes the deployment of light tanks and tankettes in competition.
