In 19th-century London, Cain, a young nobleman, takes on the responsibilities of the Hargreaves family after his father’s sudden death. Navigating the complexities of aristocratic life, he is accompanied by Riff, his loyal manservant, and Mary Weather, his ten-year-old half sister. As he settles into his new role as earl, Cain encounters a series of enigmatic crimes that appear to trail him. The story also includes a one-shot titled "Nichiyoubi no Solomon Grundy."
