Hi no Ataranai Koide-kun

A man who became a vampire at sixteen finds himself stuck in a repeating cycle of his sophomore year of high school, reliving the same mundane school routine for 133 years. Now on his 134th iteration, he has grown indifferent to the monotony, burdened by an endless thirst for blood and a life devoid of change. This year, however, his classmates appear more enthusiastic about his presence than in previous cycles, showing interest in assisting him. Whether this signals a shift in his unchanging existence remains uncertain.
