Hyakki Yakou Shou

A boy named Ritsu possesses a sixth sense passed down from his grandfather, as well as a demon guardian called Blue Storm. Together, they encounter various strange occurrences and work to uncover the truth behind these mysteries. Each episode is self-contained but includes recurring characters who interact with supernatural elements in their own ways. The series was awarded the Excellence Prize in the manga category at the Japan Media Arts Festival in 2006.
