Idol Pretender

A boy named Chinami Eita wishes to become a man in order to confess his feelings to Yuika, a school idol he admires. To build his confidence, he engages in physical confrontations. After mistakenly taking the wrong medicine while sick, he transforms into a girl with an unexpectedly cute appearance. To afford a way to revert his change, he begins a career as an idol. He then encounters Yuika, who is also pursuing a path in the idol industry, and she becomes drawn to his personality.
