Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru!

Shougo was sent to an all-girls academy at his father's request, with the expectation that he will find a partner while there. On his birthday, he receives a cake from an anonymous sender and a phone call with a message of affection from someone calling him "Onii-sama." It appears that his long-lost twin sister, separated at birth, is also a student at the academy and is attempting to be close to him without revealing her identity. The story explores whether Shougo can correctly identify and reconnect with his sister while also fulfilling his father's wish of finding a girlfriend.
