Aoi Mashiro, a high school girl who recently relocated to Kyoto, takes her late grandfather’s scrolls to an antique shop called Kura for evaluation. This leads to her starting a part-time job at the store. The son of the shop’s manager, Kiyotaka Yagashira, is known for his sharp observational skills and is nicknamed the “Holmes of Kyoto.” He and Aoi collaborate to resolve unusual cases connected to the antiques brought in by customers.
