A man named Renya Kunugi is informed by a girl who calls herself God that he has died. Despite having lived a full and peaceful life, he is, at her request, sent to another world to begin a new life as a young man. Initially an ordinary person, he finds himself defending against bandits and defeating monsters. As his abilities develop and combine, he becomes increasingly formidable and eventually makes a significant impact in this new world.
