Sakuta enjoys listening to music through his earphones constantly, particularly admiring the band INCEST and their singer, IVE. After obtaining a concert ticket at a music shop, he attends the event and recognizes IVE as the new student at his school. During the performance, IVE makes eye contact with Sakuta, halts the music, and exits the stage to approach him.
