A little over a month into the first semester of high school, Shinobu meets her classmate Okachimachi in the art room and attempts to engage him in casual conversation. He responds in a cold and unemotional manner. The following day, Shinobu encounters Okachimachi again, this time in the infirmary, where she discovers a surprising secret he has been hiding, leading to unexpected developments between them.
