Yukawa consistently hangs her coat on the office rack, unlike most coworkers who leave theirs on chairs. She and Mizuki, a coworker known for her sweet vanilla scent, initially only noticed each other from a distance. A coat mix-up led to them becoming friends. Mizuki communicates with Yukawa through handwritten notes, often asking her to go out after work, using paper, pens, and even coats. They do not plan ahead and do not share phone numbers. As Yukawa spends more time with Mizuki, she begins to understand her better and grapples with her growing feelings.
