Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san

A high school student named Kogarashi, who is homeless and tormented by ghosts, discovers Yuragi-sou, a former hot springs inn turned low-cost boarding house occupied by attractive young women. He learns that if he uses his spiritual powers to expel the ghost haunting the building, he can stay there for free. The ghost, a girl named Yuuna, appears to him, and he feels sympathy for her, making him reconsider the exorcism. The story explores whether he will help Yuuna avoid becoming a malevolent spirit and hints at other supernatural elements among the tenants.
