A former Japanese-English translator, who previously worked as an assistant language teacher at an elementary school in Kami, Miyagi. Former host of "Positive Juju", a podcast centered around his translation of Jujutsu Kaisen.

In 2021, he was arrested on charges of possessing and distributing child pornography and in 2023 he was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 10 years in prison.
