Sakura Hane notices a classmate riding past her on a motorcycle, prompting her to consider an alternative to walking or biking. She discovers her all-girl school has a motorcycle club, though it only has one member: Raimu Kawasaki, who always wears a helmet covering her face. Sakura and Onsa Amano, the girl who rode past her, join and begin recruiting. Challenges arise, including Sakura needing to obtain a license, the club’s official status being in question, and the need to find a faculty sponsor.
