Bakuretsu Tenshi: Infinity

A violent killer is using a knife to randomly attack people in Westland, New York, during the 21st century. A girl sees one of these killings and is nearly attacked herself. Meg and Jo return to the town to celebrate Shirley's "birthday," a day they chose to mark when they first met. Meg had once cared for Shirley and two other children before meeting Jo, after which they were adopted by a police officer named Sam, known for his strong sense of justice. Meg and Jo earn money by helping someone and use it to buy Shirley a gift. When they visit Sam, he behaves oddly and reveals that Shirley was attacked and badly hurt by the murderer. Jo tells Meg, who is devastated and furious, that they should seek revenge. As they speak, the killer approaches unnoticed. The killer's menacing gaze turns toward Meg and Jo. Meanwhile, a sinister scheme begins to affect Meg, Jo, Sam, and the entire town.
