Baton

A project commemorating Yokohama City's 150th anniversary, the story takes place on Planet Abel, where humans and robots live together. A stowaway appears on a transport ship and attempts to take over the planet, but is caught by Apollo, a human-looking robot, and Mikaru, a robot-looking human. The stowaway carries a memory chip with advanced camouflage software known as the "Cipher" OS. Apollo takes the chip out of curiosity, unaware of its significance. Soon after, he begins behaving oddly, though Mikaru is clueless about the cause or the chip's role. The nature of Cipher and its hidden information remain unknown. Apollo and Mikaru set out to uncover a mystery that spans past, present, and future.
