City Hunter: Goodbye My Sweetheart

A private investigator known as Ryo Saeba works in Tokyo alongside his partner Kaori Makimura. They are hired by actress Emi Makaze to locate her missing brother. The search reveals that her brother is a former soldier known as "The Professor," who is mentally unstable and planning to destroy the Shinjuku area. Kaori is tasked with protecting Emi, but both become entangled in the Professor's plan. Ryo must intervene to rescue them and prevent the destruction of the city center.
