Gakuen Mokushiroku: HIGHSCHOOL OF THE DEAD - Drifters of the Dead

A group of survivors, including Takashi and Saeko, find themselves stranded on a deserted island after an unexpected stop. Seeking respite from their usual zombie-related threats, they locate the remains of a beach store and relax in swimsuits, attempting to settle on the island. As they let their guard down, they fail to realize the island is not as safe as it seems. Beneath the surface, something disturbing lurks, and as tensions rise, an unexpected disruption in the island's ecosystem triggers a series of startling events. What appears to be an empty island may in fact be hiding more than just the undead.
